3. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold on Iconotic are digital files (e.g., SVG, PNG, EPS, FIG). No physical products will be shipped. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a license to use the assets, not the ownership of the underlying copyright.

4. User Accounts and Security

To access certain downloads or purchase history, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Ensuring your email address is correct (as download links are sent there).
  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that show suspicious bulk-downloading patterns indicative of “scraping” or reselling.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All icons, designs, and website content are the intellectual property of Zinspilot Sverige AB.

  • Standard License: Unless otherwise stated, a purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the icons in your personal or commercial projects.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, or sub-license the icons as standalone files. You may not include our icons in “website builders” or “template generators” where the end-user can extract the icon as a separate asset without a specific Extended License.
  • Attribution: Attribution is appreciated but not required unless specified in a “Free Tier” license.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: Prices are displayed in [EUR/USD/SEK] as indicated on the site.
  • Payment: We use secure third-party processors. Access to downloads is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Taxes: For EU customers, VAT may be applied based on your country of residence as per EU Digital VAT rules (OSS).

7. Digital Delivery & Access

11. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license and access to downloads if you are found to be in breach of Section 5 (Prohibited Use) or Section 4 (Account Abuse).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction dictate otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new licensing options or changes in digital tax laws. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
